Odessa Orphanage Fundraising Event

To: All parishioners, former parishioners, and general public

From: Fundraising Committee

We are planning a fundraising event to help the orphans in the Odessa region of Ukraine this upcoming April 8th, 2017. All proceeds will benefit Ukrainian Orphan, our sister non profit. The cause is a good one with all donations and funds raised dedicated to helping at risk youth. Proceeds will be used for basic needs and furthering youth education so they can survive after discharge from the orphanage.

The Ukrainian community in Canada has been blessed with abundance and a stable life. We urge you to join us and help those back in our homeland who are struggling and whose basic needs are not being met in this time of conflict. Our church the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church has a duty as humans and Ukrainians to give back to our community which is carrying a heavy burden right now.

The church has enriched the lives of not only the Ukrainian people its serves but all the members of the local community. The Ukrainian parish is thankful for the fellowship of all local citizens.

Please join with our parish as we come together to help these at risk youth.
